Every order will take 7-14 business days to ship out plus the shipping days at post mail.  We ship out two days per week. In high season (Christmas, Valentine, Mothers day or others) we ship out tree days peer week.

Please, ensure your address is correct one you're placing your order.  If the packages is return to the sender (Statement Jewelry LLC) due to an error in the shipping address enter by the customer, the customer should be responsible to pay the shipping again. No exceptions.

Stolen, damage or lost packages

• We are no responsible for packages lost in transit to the destination. Delivery details can be verify with the tracking number.

• We are no responsible if the package is damage.  We inspected our products before shipping. If you receive a damage packages you need to communicated with the shipping company for make a claim.

• If the package is delivered and is stolen we are not responsible.
